This means the Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 and 2016 R2 will stop receiving Service Packs post 13 July 2021. To simply put, you will not get year-end updates and a tax table. It translates to not having features like fixed asset depreciation, AP 1099s, and payroll.

One way to do this is to Microsoft Dynamics GP Upgrade. The upgrade enables users to get additional features like credit card transaction imports, account payable with copy-paste support, user security workflow, extended description on the Accounts Payable entry screen, 1099 NEC form, and a lot more features.

Dynamics 365 Business Central is a cloud based solution, which is a lot more secure, efficient, and feature-rich when compared to the Dynamics GP or any other ERP solution.
